CHRISTIAN CHURCHES TOGETHER 2024 FORUM: CASE STUDY FOR LIVESTREAM EVENTS
WHAT WE DO AND WHY
THE CLIENT
Christian Churches Together provides a context – marked by prayer, worship, and fellowship—in which Christian leaders develop relationships with Christians from churches with which they may have had little, if any, connection.
THE OBJECTIVE
Christian Churches Together came to us to fulfill the role of providing A/V and hybrid livestreaming solutions for their annual 4-day forum. Apart of the live stream objective was to include the virtual audience into multiple multi-group breakout sessions where they could interact with the in-person breakout participants. Also during the final panel discussion the client needed one virtual presenter to be remotely brought into the discussion for the in-person audience and the virtual audience. The annual forum recapped with us creating a recap video of a baptismal trail adventure.
Our Role
Our primary role in this project was to provide a/v, livestream, and videography services for the client over the span of three days. We managed all aspects of a/v service and equipment, livestream and participants, and videography.
